Job Summary

Own and coordinate US Cotton On Kids marketing across social, creator partnerships, and community activations to drive brand relevance in the US market.

  • Own US brand voice, calendar, and cross-functional alignment with AUS for seasonal campaigns, storytelling, and activations.
  • Lead the US creator program and Funday Club, briefing creators, managing briefs end to end, and reporting performance.
  • Plan and execute in-store events, launches, and US collaborations with licensing partners to reach parents and kids.

Responsibilities

  • Run the brand
  • Own the US marketing calendar for Cotton On Kids across seasonal moments, storytelling opportunities, and community activations.
  • Translate global Kids briefs from the AUS team into US-relevant social, creator, and event plans.
  • Be the US voice for Kids in cross-functional conversations. You know the product, the customer, and the commercial context.
  • Work closely with the global AUS marketing team to align on creative direction, assets, and campaign timing throughout the year.
  • Own and manage Cotton On Kids' US social channels across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging platforms, posting consistently, maintaining brand voice, and keeping the feed alive and relevant.
  • Build and manage the content pipeline, including creator content, community output, and event capture, so there's always something coming.
  • Track what's performing, what's not, and use that to improve what gets made next.
  • Stay current on what's working in the parent and family creator space: the formats, the sounds, the conversation.
  • Own the Cotton On Kids US creator programme , finding the right parent and family creators, building relationships, and managing briefs end to end.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years in brand, social, or creator marketing
  • Excited by the idea of owning Kids as its own spotlight inside a bigger global portfolio
  • Comfortable owning a marketing calendar, running events, and still jumping in to brief creators, review content, and solve execution gaps
  • Have experience managing social channels and content pipelines end to end, from planning through reporting
  • Have experience planning and executing events, activations, or community moments and know how to move from concept to recap
  • Bring genuine interest in or experience with kids, family, or parent-adjacent brands and you understand how to speak to parents without losing the fun
  • Confident working with creators and communities in a way that feels thoughtful, organised , and brand-safe
  • Naturally operate as a player-coach, comfortable owning strategy while also chasing assets, writing recaps, and pitching in wherever the work needs to move
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%)
