Job Summary

Own and drive the in-person customer journey from initial engagement to scheduling qualified in-home consultations, while educating homeowners on premium window and door solutions and maintaining branded displays to generate growth.

Responsibilities

Engage shoppers in friendly conversations
Generate interest in our premium window and door solutions
Schedule qualified in-home consultations
Educate homeowners about our products and services
Set up and maintain professional branded displays
Help drive leads that directly impact company growth

Requirements

You are at least 18 years old
Reliable transportation
A smartphone
Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup
No experience required. We provide paid training and teach you everything you need to succeed.

Preferred

Retail, hospitality, customer service, marketing, fundraising, event staffing, and sales experience are all great backgrounds for this role.
