Responsibilities

  • Own it from start to finish — plan, coordinate, and execute off-site events, festivals, tastings, and community activations that make people stop and take notice.
  • Set the stage — bring our brand to life through eye-catching setups with tents, tables, signage, and displays that turn heads.
  • Be a connector — build genuine relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations that put us on the map.
  • Spread the word — promote the bakery through social media, community outreach, in-store marketing, and every great networking opportunity you can find.
  • Share the sweetness — sell our products with genuine enthusiasm, handle transactions smoothly, and deliver the kind of customer experience people talk about.
  • Be the go-to — field catering inquiries and help bring special events to life from first call to final bite.
  • Keep things running — handle loading, unloading, restocking, and making sure we’re always event-ready.
  • Keep it beautiful — uphold food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards that make every display look as good as it tastes.
  • Be our brand — show up with professionalism, genuine enthusiasm, and the kind of warmth that makes people feel like family.

Requirements

  • Experience in event planning, marketing, hospitality, retail, food service, or customer service is a bonus — but a great attitude and willingness to make genuine connections goes a long way.
  • You’re a natural communicator who can charm a crowd, build real relationships, and keep a dozen details organized at once.
  • Self-motivated and creative, with sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
  • Comfortable with social media, email marketing, and snapping a great photo? Even better.
  • A genuine passion for local businesses and creating the kind of experiences customers can’t stop talking about.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and available for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends — that’s where the fun happens.
  • Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30–40 lbs, and get around locally for events and outreach.
