Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and client relationships on your accounts: social strategies, content calendars, campaign briefs, owned and competitive audits, social listening, and reporting.
  • Lead paid and organic creative strategy, working with creative teams, so the work performs, not just publishes.
  • Build influencer and creator strategies and briefs tied to brand strategy and choose creators based on fit and trust, not follower count.
  • Run social listening and cultural insight work that shapes strategy before creative starts, not after.
  • Mentor interns and direct strategists and help manage their workload.
  • Own tool audits and vendor relationships.
  • Flag resource gaps and scope opportunities before you’re asked. If you see it before we do, that’s the job.
  • Support new business pitches alongside your director and start representing the agency publicly with opinion pieces and engaging POVs.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years in social strategy, agency side preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms, the creator economy, and how paid social works with organic.
  • Passionate about social strategy and in tune with culture and trends.
  • Hands-on experience with social listening and analytics tools such as Talkwalker, Brandwatch, or Sprinklr.
  • Proven experience leading client relationships, not just supporting them.
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior strategists.
  • Strong writer, detail-oriented, and analytical, with good creative judgment
  • Experience with tools such as Canva and Meta Business Manager.

Preferred

  • Bonus: Bilingual (Spanish/English) or experience with CapCut and content capture.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary, full benefits (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) and annual profit sharing, PTO and paid parental leave, annual bonus opportunity, and a creative environment where your work matters.
