Responsibilities
- Manage influencer campaigns across the US and Brazil (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), including sourcing, outreach, and relationship management
- Develop content strategies based on product features and drive scalable, high-performing content directions
- Optimize campaign performance with a focus on impressions, CPM, and engagement metrics
- Build and manage a UGC creator pool and side account system to support high-volume content testing
- Track social media trends and localize strategies based on market differences (US vs Brazil)
- Collaborate with UA, creative, and product teams to scale winning content
- Coordinate cross-functional and external partners, and provide guidance or support to junior team members when needed
