DDM Group is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead, scale, and execute our real-time distribution strategy across all social platforms.

This is a leadership role responsible not just for performance, but for building and managing a high-output, high-accountability social team.

Reporting directly to the VP of Audience Development, this role will oversee a team of Social Content Producers and be responsible for setting the standard for speed, quality, and results across all platforms.

You will own how our stories travel, how they perform, and how effectively we convert reach into a loyal, returning audience.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and highly hands-on. We're looking for someone who can lead a team, enforce standards, and still operate in the trenches when needed.
