Job Description

Responsibilities

Own social media strategy and execution for multiple client accounts
Plan and manage content calendars across all major platforms
Oversee and implement content production
Write or refine messaging to align with each client’s positioning
Monitor engagement and maintain professional standards across accounts
Track performance and continuously optimize based on data
Manage paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn end-to-end
Handle campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and scaling
Lead creative testing (hooks, formats, messaging) to improve conversion
Analyze performance data and make optimization decisions

Requirements

5+ years managing social media and paid social campaigns (agency experience is a must)
Proven experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (required), TikTok and/or LinkedIn
Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance
Strong writing and communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently

Preferred

Experience with law firms or professional services
Experience scaling paid campaigns with significant budgets
Background in ad creative strategy and testing
Familiarity with AI tools in marketing workflows
