Responsibilities

• Content Engine: Ideate, script and storyboard social-first lo-fi content tailored to client objectives and platform audiences.
• Social Narrative: Write sharp captions, hooks and reactive copy that drive engagement and storytelling.
• Production & Trend: Shoot and edit lo-fi content with mobile-first setups and stay ahead of social trends.
• Stakeholder Communication: Create compelling client presentations in Google Slides and PowerPoint to pitch concepts and communicate execution.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Work with creative, editorial, design, production, strategy and Client Services teams to deliver high-quality content and mentor small teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating and managing social content, with a portfolio (ideally TikTok/Instagram-focused).
• Strong passion for internet culture, formats, communities and global trends.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and client needs across markets.
• In-depth understanding of social platforms and how to optimise content for engagement.
• Passion for social media, brands and modern communication.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in fast-paced agency environments.
• Experience managing direct reports, with a focus on guidance and team development.
