Responsibilities

• Serve as the SEO lead for the site replatforming project, ensuring SEO best practices are integrated into every phase of planning, development, and launch
• Develop and manage a comprehensive SEO migration plan, including large-scale URL/redirect mapping, metadata migration, and structured data validation
• Collaborate with Analytics, Development, Design, Content Strategy, UX/UI, and Platform teams to align technical implementation with SEO goals
• Provide detailed SEO requirements and acceptance criteria for development work, and conduct pre- and post-launch QA to ensure optimal search visibility
• Monitor and troubleshoot site performance during and after launch using SEO and analytics tools, and create remediation plans as needed
• Incorporate AI Search (e.g., Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot) and Generative AI Large Language Model (LLM) visibility strategies into content and technical SEO planning
• Conduct keyword and competitive research to inform both migration planning and ongoing content optimization strategies
• Partner with Analytics to define and track KPIs measuring organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and AI Search presence before and after migration
• Stay current on search algorithm updates, AI-driven search innovations, and site migration best practices to proactively mitigate risks
• Manage Jira tickets for SEO-related development tasks, tracking progress and collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure timely delivery
• Educate internal stakeholders on the SEO implications of migration and AI Search to ensure cross-functional alignment
