Job Description

Responsibilities

Implement and manage SEO strategies across 10+ websites
Work alongside our other SEO Manager to shape and lead the SEO department
Develop SEO and organic growth strategies for newly assigned clients
Build and manage backlink strategies on a monthly basis for 20+ websites
Complete technical SEO audits and implement fixes
Create monthly reports detailing completed work, results, and performance insights
Fulfill monthly SEO deliverables, including link building, on-page optimization, and content optimization
Optimize, create, and monitor Google Business Profiles
Create and manage directory profiles and local citations
Implement E-E-A-T best practices across all websites

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience creating and implementing SEO strategies
Experience developing strategies for both traditional SEO and emerging AI search optimization
Experience being client-facing and managing conversations around strategy, data, and expectations
Experience building links and analyzing backlink profiles
Experience using WordPress, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
Experience with account management and client communication
Experience with SEO in the healthcare or behavioral healthcare space preferred
Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and local SEO
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Hard-working, proactive problem solver
