🚀 Senior SEO Specialist 

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Senior SEO Specialist to support and scale our organic growth across SEO and AI-driven search (AEO).

This role is critical for driving high-quality traffic, improving visibility in both traditional search and AI platforms, and ensuring our content consistently ranks, converts, and builds authority.

You will own SEO initiatives end-to-end — from research and planning to execution and performance analysis — working closely with content, marketing, and leadership.

✍️ Responsibilities 

• SEO Execution & Optimization – execute SEO initiatives under the SEO Manager’s direction, including on-page optimization, content updates, and internal linking improvements to increase rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Content SEO & Brief Development – create high-quality SEO briefs for new and existing articles, ensuring alignment with search intent, strong structure, semantic depth, internal linking, and clear CTA logic; collaborate with copywriters and review content performance.
• Link Building & Outreach – identify and evaluate backlink opportunities, execute outreach campaigns, build partnerships, and continuously improve link-building processes and results.
• International SEO – support SEO growth across international markets by analyzing performance, identifying localization opportunities, and contributing to the development and testing of international SEO strategies.
• AEO & AI Visibility – support initiatives to improve brand visibility in AI-driven platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.), monitor key AEO metrics, and identify opportunities to increase brand presence in AI-generated answers.
• AI-Driven Workflows & Automation – actively use AI tools to enhance SEO workflows, including research, content creation, analysis, and outreach; identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency through AI-driven solutions.
• Technical SEO – support technical SEO initiatives, including site health monitoring, indexing and crawling checks, and identifying issues that impact organic performance; collaborate with developers and the product team to resolve them.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting – track SEO and AEO performance, analyze rankings, traffic, and conversions, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – collaborate closely with the SEO Manager, SEO team, content team, and broader marketing team to ensure alignment, prioritize initiatives, and drive high-quality execution across all SEO efforts.

✅ Requirements 

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Proven success in U.S. market SEO, with measurable case studies
• Experience with AEO / AI search optimization, including understanding how to improve brand visibility and performance in AI-driven platforms
• Experience using AI tools to enhance SEO and marketing workflows — including research, content creation, analysis, and process optimization; ability to apply AI in day-to-day work and build efficient workflows
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Russian and English (B2+) with confident writing and communication skills
