Job Description
Responsibilities
- Full management and optimization of Google Ads
- Keyword strategy, account structure, bidding, testing, and conversion improvement
- Landing page recommendations and ongoing performance optimization
- Full SEO strategy and execution
- Technical SEO analysis and prioritization
- On-page SEO across core service and landing pages
- Content strategy tied to revenue-driving search intent
- High-quality link building / authority-building programs
- Competitor analysis and opportunities to outperform the market
- Reporting on rankings, traffic, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI
Requirements
- Proven success running both SEO and Google Ads at a high level
- Strong experience improving qualified lead generation , not just traffic
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, content SEO, and link acquisition
- Advanced Google Ads expertise including campaign structure, search terms, negative keywords, bidding strategy, testing, and conversion optimization
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager , and major SEO tools
- Ability to identify waste quickly, find opportunities fast, and execute with precision
- Comfortable working directly with leadership and owning results
- Highly strategic, highly hands-on, highly accountable
