Senior SEO & Organic Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and organic growth strategies.
• Lead technical SEO, on-page optimization, and keyword research initiatives.
• Optimize Shopify product pages, collections, landing pages, and website content.
• Improve search engine rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
• Manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and SEO reporting platforms.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve indexing, crawling, and website performance issues.
• Develop content strategies targeting high-intent skincare and beauty search queries.
• Collaborate with developers and content teams to implement SEO improvements.
• Conduct competitor analysis, backlink assessments, and search opportunity research.
• Monitor organic traffic, keyword performance, conversions, and attributed revenue.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in SEO, organic growth, or search marketing.
• Proven experience improving organic search rankings and website traffic.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
• Experience optimizing Shopify or comparable e-commerce websites.
• Strong understanding of website architecture, structured data, and technical SEO principles.
• Experience developing SEO content strategies and measuring revenue impact.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred

• Prior experience in e-commerce, D2C, beauty, skincare, or consumer brands is preferred.
