Requirements

  • Deep marketing channel expertise spanning gated content, paid ads, webinars, field events, email, content, and sales activations, with a strong understanding of how each channel drives leads and pipeline.

  • Proven ability to partner with Performance, Creative, Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Brand teams to deliver coordinated campaign outcomes.
  • End-to-end ownership mindset. You execute at pace, directly and through others, take projects across the finish line, own mistakes, and learn from them.
  • Agility and speed. You constantly try new ideas, pivot quickly when something is not working, and move fast to scale programs that show strong results.
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience using campaign and funnel data to evaluate performance, optimize spend, and improve return on investment.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
