Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Senior Regional Director. The role involves leading the regional team to drive revenue growth and strategic business development. Daily responsibilities include overseeing market strategies, fostering client relationships, managing key accounts, ensuring effective project execution, and identifying opportunities to expand services in the assigned region. The Senior Regional Director will also be responsible for developing and executing plans to meet regional sales targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring other team members.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and mentoring teams
• Expertise in market strategy development, business development, and revenue growth
• Experience in client relationship management and key account management
• Ability to oversee the successful execution of projects and implement effective processes
• Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and a strong understanding of multimedia platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data-driven decisions
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
• Experience in marketing, design, or digital agencies will be considered highly advantageous
