Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of retail environments, including:
  • Project management including schedule and cost control
  • Construction supervision and site inspection
  • Store Design coordination and technical support
  • Lead planning and execution alongside architects, fabricators, and General Contractors, ensuring structural feasibility, brand alignment, and build excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, technical specs, and brand guidelines.
  • Partner with production leads to maintain quality standards, scalability, and budget accuracy across all physical deliverables.
  • Proven ability to proactively identify and resolve on-site construction issues.
  • Familiarity with build documentation such as construction drawings, material specs, installation guides, and closeout reports.
  • Act as the client lead across retail programs, owning relationships and serving as the primary point of accountability for delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior design, or related field preferred.
  • 10 + years in retail marketing, environmental design, or experiential production with deep experience leading store and fixture builds.
  • Demonstrated experience working with General Contractors and build partners on site development, permitting, construction, and fixture installation.
  • Financial fluency with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets.
  • Able to travel to job sites as needed (approx. 25% of time).
  • Local or willing to relocate to work in a hybrid office environment at the Plano, Texas office.

Preferred

  • Experience developing global brand guidelines is a plus.
