Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the marketing project portfolio, coordinating approximately 1,500 annual projects across more than 200 academic programs and all student and administrative services.
  • Own project intake, evaluating scope, timelines, and resources to guide prioritization.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for project status, timelines, and deliverables across web, print, digital advertising, event marketing, email, and content projects.
  • Monitor project capacity and adjust plans as needed to keep deliverables on schedule and on standard.
  • Lead the ongoing development of Hive, the division's project management system, including configuration, training, and adoption.
  • Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies, including AI-assisted workflows, to improve efficiency and reporting.
  • Maintain documentation, asset management, and archiving standards in the College's Digital Asset Management system.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for departments requesting marketing services, clarifying needs and expectations, and requesting additional information as needed.
  • Build relationships with academic departments, service units, and administrative leaders to support project success.
  • Lead project briefings, approvals, and status updates to keep stakeholders aligned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience managing complex, cross-functional projects required.
  • Experience in marketing, communications, creative services, higher education, or a related environment required.

Preferred

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, implementing project management processes, coordinating stakeholder relationships, and improving operational workflows preferred.
