  • Manage day-to-day webinar operations across live and pre-recorded, self-service formats, including scheduling, online event logistics, and detail-oriented execution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, proactively managing communication around timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and open questions
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams—including demand generation, product marketing, operations, creative, and production—to ensure alignment and smooth execution of program and asset delivery
  • Support speaker management by coordinating schedules, leading dry runs, and ensuring all speaker and production assets are prepared and finalized
  • Oversee demand generation and creative asset workflows tied to webinars and digital events, ensuring efficient handoffs and timely execution
  • Monitor progress across multiple concurrent projects, identify risks or issues early, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Foster a collaborative, proactive working environment, operating comfortably at a senior level across teams and stakeholders
  • Develop, document, and continuously improve scalable, repeatable processes and tools to support a growing digital events engine
  • Conduct post-project and post-event reviews to capture insights, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
  • Strong expertise in project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience working with senior management and stakeholders, providing strategic insights and recommendations
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are highly preferred
