Job Summary

Owns seller-focused marketing across product, brand, and channel initiatives to drive supply outcomes, prioritizing high-leverage experiments and cross-functional launches that connect product value with seller growth.

  • Own seller lifecycle: define segmentation, messaging, and campaigns tied to supply goals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Merchandising, and Brand to bring seller value props into launches and brand moments.
  • Prioritize tests across channels, creative, and messaging using data and qualitative insights to improve activation and conversion.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose the seller funnel end-to-end and identify the highest-leverage opportunities
  • Move between strategic and executional work (e.g., GTM plan for a new seller feature, supply nurture email campaign, or research)
  • Define seller segmentation, positioning, and messaging; collaborate with channel owners
  • Guide CRM, paid, and organic channel owners to develop seller-focused campaigns and lifecycle programs tied to supply goals
  • Partner with Brand Marketing to integrate seller stories into broader brand moments
  • Run qualitative and quantitative research to understand seller behavior and lifecycle opportunities
  • Dig into performance data to understand what's working and what to test next across channels, creative, and messaging
  • Maintain a competitive picture of supply-side experiences and translate findings into risks, opportunities, and prioritized tests
  • Partner with Product to shape feature direction with seller-oriented value props; lead naming, packaging, launch tiering, and GTM plans
  • Support copy and creative development for concept and message testing

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product marketing, growth & performance marketing within consumer marketplaces or e-commerce
  • Channel fluency across CRM, paid, organic, and in-product channels
  • Revenue orientation with metrics such as CAC, supply volume, repeat rate, conversion
  • Analytical chops: comfortable pulling and interpreting data, designing research
  • Positioning and messaging fluency
  • Adaptive mentality and ability to shift with the business
  • Builder's mindset with experience taking something from 0-1
  • Not a specialist requirement for all channels, but ability to connect channels to business outcomes

Preferred

  • Supply-side marketplace experience (e.g., driver, seller, host) is a strong plus
