Job Summary

Own and scale the enablement and market-positioning loop for OpenLoop by turning product capabilities into persuasive sales narratives, and arming Sanity with flexible decks, battlecards, and market insight.

  • Partner with Product and Sales to shape messaging and create reusable, industry-ready decks.
  • Lead market and competitive research to sharpen differentiation and build battlecards.
  • Collaborate on deal-specific decks and cross-functional alignment while traveling up to 10% for strategic initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Product to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling sales and marketing narratives
  • Play a key role in shaping and evolving the OpenLoop brand, ensuring consistency across messaging, positioning, and go-to-market materials
  • Build modular, reusable sales decks that scale across industries, buyer personas, and use cases
  • Develop highly customized, deal-specific decks in close collaboration with Sales to support and win strategic opportunities
  • Lead market and competitive research to understand industry dynamics, buyer needs, and OpenLoop’s differentiated position
  • Create and maintain competitive battlecards that equip Sales with clear positioning, proof points, and objection-handling guidance
  • Travel up to 10% to support strategic initiatives, cross-functional alignment, and key customer engagements

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within startups or high-growth environments
  • A strong foundation in product marketing or product management, with a deep understanding of how products are positioned, launched, and sold
  • Proven experience partnering closely with Product Management and Sales to bring products to market and drive revenue impact
  • Recent, hands-on experience (within the last 3 years) developing sales enablement materials, including sales decks, battlecards, and positioning frameworks
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for cross-functional partners and executive audiences
  • Highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating with urgency, ownership, and accountability
  • Bonus: Experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcare-related marketing strategies
