Job Summary

Own positioning, ICP, and enablement for the AI-Native Cloud while leading cross-functional launches, storytelling, and executive thought leadership to accelerate market adoption.

  • Own ICP and differentiation narrative
  • Lead sales enablement, pitch materials, and discovery guides
  • Drive web positioning and customer storytelling across surfaces

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Sharpen the ICP and positioning for the AI-Native Cloud. Own the iterative ICP one-pager and the differentiation narrative, and keep both current as we learn from the field.
  • Lead sales enablement for the AI-Native Cloud. Build the pitch deck, talk tracks, battlecards, objection handling, and discovery guides that Account Executives, Solutions Architects, and TAMs actually use. Partner with revenue enablement on rollout, training cadence, and feedback loops.
  • Shape how the AI-Native Cloud shows up on the web. Drive positioning and messaging on layer pages, product pages, and customer story pages, in close partnership with the web team.
  • Turn customer outcomes into stories that travel. Lead customer storytelling end to end: interviews, case studies, joint announcements, and the supporting content that lets sales, web, and PR all use the same story without re-creating it.
  • Drive thought leadership for executive voices. Partner with the CEO, CPTO, and product leaders on bylines, keynote narratives, and external moments that build category leadership in the inference era.
  • Run launches as a system. Orchestrate cross-functional launches across product, engineering, sales, partnerships, comms, and creative. Define the goal, the three things we want the market to take away, the audience, and the success measures. Hold the bar on consistency and reuse across surfaces.
  • Keep the corporate narrative tight. Be the connective tissue between product launches and the through-line story we are telling about the AI-Native Cloud, so every launch reinforces the bigger arc.
  • Operate with high judgment in ambiguity. Pick the few things that matter, push back on the things that do not, and bring frameworks to a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B product marketing , with at least some of that time marketing to developers, technical buyers, or platform/infrastructure audiences.
  • A strong storyteller and writer. You can take messy product, sales, and customer inputs and turn them into a sharp narrative with a clear point of view. Portfolio or writing samples welcome.
  • Sales enablement chops. You have built pitch decks, ICP work, and enablement that reps actually used and that moved deals. You know the difference between a deck PMM made and a deck sales actually presents.
  • Customer storytelling experience. You have run end-to-end customer story programs (interviews, case studies, video, joint PR) and know how to get real outcomes out of customers without it feeling like a marketing favor.
  • Comfort with technical products. You do not need to write code, but you can hold your own in a conversation with PMs and engineers, ask sharp product questions, and translate technical capability into customer value.
  • AI-native fluency. You use AI tools in your own workflow and have a working understanding of the inference and agentic landscape (models, inference, RAG, agents, the major frameworks). You will not be the deepest technical voice on the team, but you should be conversant.
  • A doer. This is a small team in a fast-moving market. We need someone who runs the play, not someone waiting for the play to be handed to them.
  • Cross-functional gravity. You build trust with product, sales, engineering, and customers quickly. You can influence without authority and bring people along.

Preferred

  • Experience marketing developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML products.
  • Background partnering closely with sales leadership in a high-growth or repositioning environment.
  • Experience contributing to a corporate narrative or category-defining moment.
