Own cross functional product marketing and go-to-market storytelling for enterprise and nonprofit audiences with fast launches and AI-native tooling to speed up execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day go-to-market messaging across products, launches, and campaigns, ensuring everything feels cohesive, modern, and outcome-oriented.
  • Translate product innovation and customer use cases into compelling narratives across email, social, website, landing pages, and sales collateral.
  • Drive end-to-end launch and campaign execution across multiple channels, moving quickly from idea to market.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Design, leadership, and external agencies to bring campaigns to life.
  • Develop clear positioning and messaging frameworks across Goodstack’s enterprise and nonprofit solutions.
  • Create and evolve sales enablement materials, customer proof points, and use-case narratives.
  • Shape Goodstack’s nonprofit ecosystem positioning and community storytelling alongside the Product and Engineering teams.
  • Leverage AI tools and workflows to increase speed, scale, quality, and campaign execution efficiency across the marketing function.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years in product marketing, go-to-market, content marketing, or strategic marketing roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, impact tech, or AI-native companies.
  • Experience launching products or integrated campaigns at high velocity.
  • Exceptional storytelling and messaging instincts; you can simplify complex products into clear, compelling customer value.
  • A bias for execution: you own projects end-to-end, move fast across multiple workstreams, and sweat the details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Experience building and running integrated campaigns across email, social, web, and sales channels.
  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to think across both enterprise GTM and community/ecosystem narrative.s
  • Deep fluency in AI tools and an AI-native way of working. You think in systems, move fast, and use AI as a force multiplier, not a nice-to-have.

Nice to Have

  • A track record of working closely with founders or executive teams in fast-moving environments.
  • A point of view on category creation, thought leadership, and earned media, and how to build share of voice over time.
  • Strong perspective on modern B2B storytelling, positioning, and customer engagement.
  • Experience building community or ecosystem-driven narratives.
  • A genuine love of language, you write with clarity, personality, and a point of view.
