Job Summary

Own go-to-market and product marketing for a fraud product, bridging product, sales and marketing to craft differentiated messaging, enable sales, and drive launches; grounded in market research, performance data, and customer feedback.

  • Positioning and messaging: develop differentiated value props for the fraud product across target buyers and channels.
  • Go-to-market planning: plan and execute launches and feature releases with cross-functional teams.
  • Research and content: conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform strategy and create customer-facing content.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate Socure’s fraud product in the market.
  • Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform product marketing strategies and content.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across channels.
  • Create sales enablement materials, such as presentations, datasheets, and FAQs, tailored to workforce solutions.
  • Track and analyze product and campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop customer-facing content, including case studies, blog posts, and product collateral, highlighting payments product impact.
  • Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to inform product improvements and marketing initiatives.
  • Champion Socure’s leadership competencies by fostering collaboration, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset in all initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related field, preferably with experience in payments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Project management and organizational abilities; able to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Deep understanding of product marketing, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement.
  • Collaboration and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within the fraud space helping bring products to market is required.
