Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for new product launches, major releases, and feature enhancements, grounded in customer research, competitive intelligence, and market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to translate technical product capabilities, differentiators, and roadmap priorities into customer-centric narratives, becoming the go-to resource for marketing, sales, technical writers, and customer success teams.
  • Lead global product launch execution to maximize adoption, differentiation, and customer impact.
  • Establish and monitor product marketing KPIs, including product adoption, win/loss influence, and pipeline contribution, to demonstrate measurable business impact.
  • Develop and maintain high-impact sales enablement assets, such as pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, and playbooks, to empower field teams.
  • Support product-related content creation, including case studies, website copy, and campaign messaging for customer and partner initiatives.
  • Contribute to public-facing thought leadership, including whitepapers, solution briefs, blog articles, and event presentations.
  • Support analyst relations through briefings, submissions, and positioning statements that leverage deep product knowledge.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing or equivalent GTM roles, with ownership of product positioning, messaging, and launches.
  • Experience in IT operations, endpoint management, cybersecurity, or enterprise software, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand technical products and craft customer-centric narratives that resonate across audiences.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Proactive collaborator who builds trusted cross-functional relationships and drives execution across teams.
