Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for high-impact product lines.
• Lead product development, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Make strategic decisions regarding product features and investments.
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 4 Year / Bachelors Degree (Minimum) In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• 7 Years Product Management Experience.
• Extensive experience defining product strategy and leading product development.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, especially with junior team members.
• Ability to manage complex product portfolios and prioritize initiatives effectively.
• Advanced problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
