Job Summary

Own strategic global marketing for a complex medical device with international launch and post-launch performance tracking, while aligning portfolio expansion with R&D, Regulatory, and clinical teams.

  • Global strategy: plan launches, messaging, segmentation, and post-launch metrics for Optilume Stricture.
  • Cross-functional ownership: coordinate with product, regulatory, and clinical to shape the marketing roadmap and portfolio strategy.
  • Channel and field enablement: run multi-channel direct-to-patient campaigns, create assets, and train sales to accelerate adoption.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead global strategy and market preparation for Optilume Stricture, including international launch planning, positioning, messaging, segmentation, and post-launch performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with Upstream Product Management, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and other internal teams to support product portfolio expansion, new product development, and alignment on overall marketing strategy.
  • Own and execute omni-channel direct-to-patient campaigns, develop digital and social content, and create marketing support materials such as sales aids, economic models, and digital ads.
  • Partner with Commercial Excellence and field sales teams to deliver training, develop programs, support surgical cases, and build physician relationships to drive adoption of Optilume Stricture.
  • Define and support global society conference strategies, including KOL management, podium and booth presentations, and lead-generation initiatives in collaboration with the Optilume BPH team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or Communication.
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience in medical device or pharmaceuticals is required.
  • Ability to analyze market data and understand market trends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to influence others, and ability to effectively communicate marketing plans and strategy.
  • Strong print, social and digital marketing experience, with a demonstrable track record of successful implementation (metrics).
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally: up to 25 %
