Responsibilities

• Business Development & Client Growth: Own revenue growth to $5M–$12M, expand existing banking and credit union client relationships, acquire new on-strategy clients, and drive cross-sell/upsell to maximize client lifetime value.
• Engagement Delivery & Leadership: Lead campaign strategy, omni-channel execution, marketing analytics, and marketing technology implementations to deliver proven business outcomes and long-term client value.

Requirements

• 15+ years in management consulting, marketing consulting, or agency leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Professional certifications in marketing/digital strategy a plus.
• Deep financial services experience with retail banking and/or credit unions; proven track record of hitting $5M+ annual sales targets.
• Experience leading complex marketing transformation engagements for financial institutions and building C-level relationships; prior Partner/Managing Director/Senior Manager level experience.
• Strong knowledge of consumer/retail banking marketing channels, marketing technology, and data analytics.

Preferred

• Big 4 or Tier 1 consulting firm background or leading marketing agency experience strongly preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or Business strongly preferred.
