Job Description

Responsibilities

Collaborate with our team on a freelance or project-based basis.
Shape narratives that support long-term reputation building.
Independently develop and execute email pitches, tracking outreach volume, and measuring placement outcomes.
Manage timelines and set clear client expectations.
Secure measurable earned media placements and meet defined performance targets.
Work independently while collaborating with a senior team.
Send weekly email updates about progress.
Be open to flexible availability depending on project needs.

Requirements

At least 5+ years of experience in public relations
Strong background in executive PR, media outreach, and visibility strategy
Demonstrated experience securing media features for executives or brands across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 U.S.-based publications and podcasts, specifically within industries such as life sciences, pharmaceuticals, technology, IT services, leadership, marketing, and corporate recognition (e.g., Best Places to Work, industry awards)
Ability to shape narratives that support long-term reputation building

Nice To Have

Experience with award submissions and speaking or panel applications is a plus
