Responsibilities

• Manage and scale acquisition and traffic campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, YouTube, Shopping), TikTok and Amazon
• Optimize for CPC, CAC efficiency, conversion rates and scalable growth
• Build and optimize lead nurturing flows, conversion campaigns, and retention programs
• Execute email and SMS strategies for acquisition and repeat revenue
• Design and optimize traffic and conversion funnels
• Analyze bounce rates, CTR, and conversion paths
• Collaborate with creative teams to improve messaging and UX
• Guide decisions with data across budgets, creative, and targeting
• Build testing frameworks across ads, landing pages, and messaging

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in performance marketing
• Experience across paid social, search, and/or marketplace channels
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel strategy
• Experience with email and SMS lifecycle marketing
• Analytical and creative thinker
• Strong collaboration skills
• Competitive, driven personality
