Job Summary
Own the end-to-end performance creative lifecycle for stem cell hair restoration campaigns, from hypothesis-driven concepting and script/landing design to on-set direction, post-production, and structured testing that informs funnel optimization.
- Creative development: formulate hypotheses, craft campaign angles, and design landing-page copy variations to ensure a cohesive user journey.
- Production & testing: direct on-set shoots, manage editors, and run clean A/B tests to diagnose asset performance and inform next iterations.
- Measurement & optimization: analyze hook rate, hold rate, outbound CTR, and landing-page conversions to drive faster creative cycles.
