Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Hulu
Full-funnel execution: prospecting → retargeting → reactivation
Creative testing and rapid iteration
Search, Performance Max, and Local campaigns for retail growth
Manage $130K–250K/month budget with disciplined pacing
Partner with tech on pixel/CAPI, tracking, and attribution
Email & Lifecycle Marketing - Hire a dedicated person to handle email and lead the team (five per week) with design support
Segment audiences and maintain healthy lists
Optimize key flows: winback, nurture, abandoned cart, Fit Tips
Weekly reporting on performance

Requirements

Strong experience managing Meta + Google campaigns (must)
Experience managing six-figure monthly budgets
Proven ability to scale campaigns and drive ROI
Experience with email platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.)
Understanding of CRO and funnel optimization
Analytical, testing-driven mindset
Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
Specializes in lead and sale generation through performance marketing
Understands UTM tracking concepts, pixel implementation, and event management
Houston-based and able to work in-office

Preferred

Hands-on with TikTok, YouTube, Hulu, or programmatic (preferred)
Triple Whale experience is a plus
