Responsibilities

• You'll be managing paid social ad accounts (META) across multiple clients in the same niche. Because every client operates in the same vertical, you get efficiency on execution, the playbook repeats, the messaging frameworks carry over, and the creative testing learnings compound across accounts. You won't be starting from scratch on every account.
• Your job is execution, optimization, and account health. You build the campaigns, test, find winners, scale what works, cut what doesn't, and keep every account performing. When a campaign is dialed in and performing, you monitor. When something breaks, you move.
• Launch and structure campaigns across client ad accounts using our established framework. Monitor performance daily across all assigned accounts. Identify winning creatives and scale them. Cut underperforming ads and ad sets. Manage budgets and bid strategies per client goals. Diagnose and respond to ad fatigue, CPM spikes, audience saturation, and pixel drift. Handle ad account issues including disapprovals, restrictions, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience managing paid social ad accounts, Meta Ads Manager required.
• Experience with lead generation campaigns.
• Ability to manage high account volume without dropping quality.
• Comfort with data, you should be able to look at an account and immediately know what's working, what's failing, and what to do about it.
• Proactive, not reactive. You flag problems before they become problems.
