Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute learning journeys, enablement programs, and training for cross-functional teams adopting new content capabilities, tools, and guidelines.
  • Lead end-to-end content workflows and governance , ensuring alignment across marketing and business stakeholders.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and develop scalable processes that improve efficiency and accelerate content delivery.
  • Manage content lifecycles, asset repositories, timelines, approvals, and multi-channel deliverables.
  • Facilitate cross-functional content forums, review meetings, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
  • Translate strategic requirements into clear operational plans, action items, and execution timelines.
  • Drive change management and adoption of new content tools, processes, guidelines, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Partner with creative, marketing, legal/regulatory, technology, and executive stakeholders.
  • Analyze workflow performance, asset utilization, and operational metrics to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5–7 years of experience in content operations, marketing operations, creative project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end content workflows and multi-channel content delivery.
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and/or digital asset management platforms.
  • Strong project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience developing processes, documentation, training, and enablement programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred

  • Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry .
  • Familiarity with MLR/PRC review processes .
  • Experience with Veeva Vault, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar CMS/DAM platforms .
  • Experience with Agile marketing methodologies and creative agency workflows.
  • Experience supporting generative AI adoption for content creation or content management.
  • Previous experience with enterprise-scale content operations or marketing transformation initiatives.
