Responsibilities

• Manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Film, edit, and produce professional-quality video, photo, and audio content
• Write and publish captions, hooks, headlines, and social copy
• Capture content at firm, community, and partner events (evenings/weekends required)
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth
• Maintain an organized digital asset library
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure brand consistency

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in multimedia, social media, or digital content
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, and Audition
• Strong video production skills (cameras, lighting, audio, composition)
• Deep understanding of social media trends and platform best practices
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and project‑management skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends for events
