Responsibilities

• This is a hands-on role for someone who is strategic, highly analytical, exceptionally detail-oriented, and organized , with the ability to take ownership of a complicated media program from planning through execution.
• The person in this role will manage the day-to-day details of the account, including media buys, deadlines, materials, vendors, budgets, and campaign execution.
• You will also play a significant role in our annual spring planning process for multiple products.
• This is a role for someone who can hit the ground running.
• You should already have a strong foundation in B2B media planning and account management and be comfortable independently managing the fundamentals of a complex media program.

Requirements

• 5+ years of media planning or media account management experience
• Strong B2B media experience
• Strong Excel skills are essential, including working confidently with media plans, budgets, and data
• Excellent analytical skills, organization, accuracy and attention to detail
• Strategic problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
• Collaborative and open-minded, with the confidence to contribute ideas and the willingness to ask questions and seek input
• Interest in learning the specialized aspects of medical device media

Preferred

• Experience with endemic digital, geofencing, eBlasts, and/or programmatic is a plus
• Healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical experience is a plus, but not required
