Job Description

Responsibilities

Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, YouTube, Performance Max, and Display.
Execute campaign structures and bidding strategies aligned with strategic direction and performance goals.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, conversion volume, and overall account efficiency.
Monitor daily performance and make proactive adjustments to maintain and improve results.
Ensure campaigns follow direct-response best practices and maintain strong account structure.
Track key performance metrics across accounts and identify trends, anomalies, or risks early.
Analyze performance data to uncover optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Maintain organized campaign structures, naming conventions, and documentation.
Escalate performance issues, technical blockers, or strategic concerns when necessary.
Understand how paid traffic interacts with landing pages, funnels, and offers within the customer journey.

Requirements

3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, YouTube, Performance Max, and Display.
Strong experience managing performance-driven campaigns for eCommerce brands, preferably within health and wellness.
Deep understanding of direct-response marketing and performance optimization.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable campaign improvements.
Experience working within structured campaign frameworks and scalable account systems.
Ability to collaborate with strategists and cross-functional teams while maintaining strong independent execution.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Google Ads certifications are a plus.
