Responsibilities

• Fully own acquisition across multiple client accounts end-to-end—from ads to live transfer.
• Manage significant Meta budgets, run rigorous testing frameworks, and make fast, data-driven calls to scale winners and kill losers.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across Ads Funnel ISA Live Transfer, iterate on angles and hooks, and optimize every step until targets are hit.
• Day to day, you'll launch and optimize campaigns, guide creative strategy, improve funnels, collaborate with ISAs and operations, and use AI to accelerate analysis and ideation.

Requirements

• Years of Experience: 5+ years in paid social/media buying (Meta focus), including high-volume local lead gen
• CRM Tool: Not required
• Softwares: Meta Ads Manager, Meta Events Manager, Facebook Pixel & CAPI, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, funnel builders (e.g., ClickFunnels/Webflow/Unbounce), spreadsheet tools, AI tools for analysis and creative strategy
• Industry Knowledge Required: Local lead generation; real estate lead generation strongly preferred

• Own PC or laptop
• Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended) with backup option
• Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace
• Access and proficiency with Meta Business Manager, Events Manager, and attribution/tracking stack
