Senior Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Marketing Campaigns & Lead Generation
• - Develop and execute campaigns that promote available homes, upcoming communities, and the AL Homes brand.
• - Define campaign audiences, objectives, messaging, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
• - Generate qualified homebuyer leads through social media, email, digital advertising, and events.
• - Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate multiple campaigns and project deadlines.
• - Track lead quality, cost per lead, tour bookings, conversion rates, and campaign ROI to recommend improvements.
• CRM, Lead Nurturing & Sales Coordination
• - Use Salesforce CRM to organize leads, maintain accurate records, segment audiences, and track campaign engagement.
• - Create and manage campaigns in Salesforce, including campaign membership, lead sources, and response tracking.
• - Develop email nurture campaigns and coordinate follow-up cadences with sales partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Three or more years of relevant marketing experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with U.S. social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Experience in content creation, digital campaigns, email marketing, and events.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform; hands-on Salesforce experience preferred.
• Understanding of campaign management, audience segmentation, lead nurturing, follow-up cadences, and marketing and sales funnels.
• Ability to interpret CRM reports, campaign metrics, and conversion data to improve lead quality and marketing performance.
• Strong organization and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with leadership, sales partners, and external vendors.

Preferred

• Experience in real estate, homebuilding, or residential property marketing.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM-connected email tools.
• Photography, video editing, or graphic design skills.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus but not required.
