Job Summary

Own the pursuit and marketing support that unlocks client wins by shaping proposals, visuals, and branding while coordinating events and guiding junior staff.

Create visuals and branding assets that clearly tell our story

Job Description

Support pursuit efforts from proposal preparation through to client presentations
Craft compelling proposals, qualifications packages, and marketing content
Create eye-catching graphics and visual assets that communicate our story
Manage and maintain our brand across digital and print channels
Assist with business development activities and thought leadership initiatives
Develop project narratives, award submissions, and marketing collateral
Help coordinate conferences, sponsorships, and firm events
Provide guidance to junior marketing staff as needed
Maybe even pick up some Māori words from our Kiwi colleagues!

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
4+ years of marketing experience - AEC industry background is a big plus!
Solid skills in Adobe InDesign and the broader Creative Suite
Strong writing and editing skills with a good eye for design
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with AEC industry language and processes
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stay cool under pressure
Great organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
