Responsibilities

• Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads — campaign creation, targeting, testing, optimization and scaling
• Google Ads — Search, Shopping/Performance Max where appropriate, keyword strategy and conversion optimization
• Compelling Copywriting — especially copy that connects emotionally with moms and families
• Creating powerful hooks, headlines, stories and offers that make people stop scrolling and pay attention
• Developing concepts and scripts for short-form video ads
• Landing-page and product-page copy designed to turn visitors into customers
• Testing creative, audiences and offers based on actual performance data
• Taking successful campaigns and scaling them profitably
• We want a storyteller — not just an ad buyer
• You should be able to take a natural health product and create a simple, believable and emotionally compelling story that makes a mom think: “This is something my family should have.”

Requirements

• Proven experience marketing health, wellness, supplement, dental, family, or consumer products to women and moms.
• You must be highly skilled in:
