Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Messaging & Content Strategy — Lead development of messaging frameworks, value propositions, and campaign narratives; Translate business priorities into clear, audience-focused messaging; Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
  • Campaign Planning & Execution — Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (e.g., open enrollment, product launches); Develop content calendars, creative briefs, and campaign plans; Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and agencies; Support paid and organic campaign execution; Partner with performance team to align content with data insights
  • Channel Management — Oversee messaging across email, web, social media, digital ads, and print; Manage social media strategy and content execution; Maintain editorial and campaign calendars; Collaborate with teams to adapt messaging across channels
  • Brand, PR & Partnerships — Support press releases, media materials, and partner communications; Ensure alignment between external messaging and brand positioning
  • Performance & Optimization — Track and analyze campaign performance (engagement, conversions, etc.); Apply insights to improve future campaigns and content strategies
  • Other Duties — Support marketing events and cross-functional initiatives; Assist with additional marketing projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications, campaign marketing, or integrated marketing
  • Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats
  • Experience managing projects, timelines, and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with brand management and audience segmentation
  • Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Portfolio of writing or campaign work
