Job Summary

Own planning cadences and materials across B2B, B2C, partner, product, regional, and executive needs, turning reactive intake into proactive programming while coordinating regional localization and social insights.

  • Lead the creation and maintenance of planning inputs, roadmaps, and stakeholder materials.
  • Align channel strategies, priorities, and success metrics across teams and regions.
  • Surface regional gaps and ensure visibility into upcoming initiatives and learnings.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • - Support annual, quarterly, monthly, and Tier 1 event planning cycles.
  • - Maintain planning inputs, roadmap views, and stakeholder-facing planning materials.
  • - Help organize priorities across B2B, B2C, partner, product, regional, and executive needs.
  • - Document decisions, tradeoffs, and implications so the team can move from reactive intake to proactive programming.
  • - Support the B2B and B2C strategy leads with channel strategy/plans, audience playbooks, and campaign/event strategies.
  • - Help clarify channel roles, content priorities, and success measures for key initiatives.
  • - Prepare materials for strategy reviews, editorial council discussions, and planning checkpoints.
  • - Maintain playbooks, frameworks, and planning templates, so the team has reusable standards.
  • - Own social activity recap and key learnings reporting and socialize with planning leads and stakeholders to inform future strategy recommendations.
  • - Support coordination of planning sessions with regional social teams and identify opportunities for localization.

Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
  • OR
  • Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
  • OR
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
  • *Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred

  • - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Communications, or related field.
  • - A strong planner who can organize ambiguity and turn scattered inputs into clear priorities.
  • - Comfortable with data, insights, and pattern recognition, but able to translate findings into practical recommendations rather than reports for reporting’s sake.
  • - Strong written communication skills; able to draft planning materials, recaps, briefs, and decision documents that leadership and cross-functional partners can quickly understand.
  • - Collaborative and organized enough to work across Strategy, Content, Operations, regional teams, Comms, Product Marketing, and partner groups.
  • - Interested in social platforms and culture, but grounded in business priorities and brand strategy.
  • - Anticipates roadblocks and proactively works across teams to identify solutions and keep work moving.
  • - Eager to continually deepen their understanding of our technologies and translate their benefits into clear, audience-relevant ways.
