Responsibilities

• Manage UTA Dining’s social media platforms and maintain a comprehensive content calendar.
• Create and publish engaging photos, videos, reels, stories, and campaigns featuring dining locations, menu items, events, and student experiences.
• Monitor social media activity, engage with students and guests, and stay current with digital trends.
• Build relationships with students, campus organizations, residence life, and university departments.
• Plan and support tabling events, promotions, themed meals, giveaways, grand openings, and other dining initiatives.
• Create flyers, signage, table tents, newsletters, emails, and other marketing materials in alignment with Chartwells and University brand standards.
• Gather student feedback and track social media engagement, campaign performance, and event participation.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Marketing Experience required.
