Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead Integrated Marketing Strategy
  • - Develop integrated marketing communications strategies that align with commercial priorities, therapy marketing objectives, and portfolio growth strategies.
  • - Build annual campaign plans and communications roadmaps that support product launches, therapy awareness, and market development initiatives.
  • - Partner with therapy marketing, commercial, and regional marketing teams to identify opportunities that increase customer engagement and accelerate business growth.
  • Lead Integrated Campaign Development
  • - Develop and execute global integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels.
  • - Create audience-first marketing strategies for patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and referring physicians.
  • - Translate clinical evidence, product innovation, and customer insights into compelling, compliant messaging and campaigns.
  • - Ensure consistent messaging and brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
  • Drive Content Strategy and Customer Engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of people or program managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of people or program managerial experience.

Preferred

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing people, including coaching, mentoring, and managing performance.
  • Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead across teams.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Consumer or direct-to-consumer marketing experience, including patient engagement and therapy awareness campaigns.
  • Experience supporting global product launches and market development initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, customer journey development, CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing.
  • Experience leveraging AI and marketing technologies to improve campaign development and performance.
