Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary marketing account manager for high-value strategic partners; build trusted relationships and serve as the main contact within Good360’s marketing.
  • Lead the development and execution of annual co-marketing plans aligned with Good360’s mission and brand strategy.
  • Manage the partnership marketing budget, overseeing allocation and spend alignment with partnership goals.
  • Evolve a partner engagement program to elevate Good360’s brand and meet annual partnership priorities.
  • Content Creation & Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally to manage partner storytelling across multimedia platforms and content strategy guidelines.
  • Create production scripts, creative briefs, impact stories, reports, blogs, videos, webpages, and internal documentation as needed.
  • Own partner content calendars, ensuring content is created, reviewed, and distributed on time and brand-aligned.
  • Identify partner media and PR opportunities to support thought leadership, media engagement, and visibility.
  • Coordinate with internal nonprofit teams to communicate with partner beneficiaries and amplify impact through events and assets.
  • Event Marketing & Activation: Collaborate with events team on co-branded events and activations; lead multimedia storytelling at partner events.
  • Measurement & Operations: Track KPIs for partnership programs, report updates, and build scalable reporting and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience in account management, partnership marketing, or client services at an agency or corporate brand.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value client/partner accounts, build trust, grow relationships, and navigate stakeholder dynamics.
  • Experience creating marketing materials including impact stories, co-branded assets, presentations, and event materials.
  • Strong project management with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams to deadlines.
  • Ability to manage outside vendors (photographers, videographers, etc.) for partnership assets.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; comfortable presenting to internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborative team player who can lead strategic conversations and execute details to deliver results.
  • Experience planning and executing co-branded or partner events, including logistics and on-site/virtual management.

Preferred

  • Experience in corporate-nonprofit partnership marketing or CSR communications with authentic impact storytelling.
  • Experience using Asana or similar project management tools for workflows and timelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Canva, and project management tools like Asana.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and willingness to integrate them into workflows.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for partner events and community distribution events.
