Requirements

  • 6 to 9 years of hands on SEO experience with a track record of driving organic growth
  • Demonstrated success across both content strategy and technical SEO initiatives
  • Deep expertise in core SEO tools including Google Search Console, AHrefs, Semrush, and similar platforms
  • Experience experimenting with AI powered search workflows, answer engine optimization, and emerging discovery surfaces

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect search performance to engagement and conversion metrics
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working cross functionally with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams
  • You believe search is no longer just about rankings, but about discovery, trust, and intent.

Preferred

  • You believe search is no longer just about rankings, but about discovery, trust, and intent.
  • You think AI will fundamentally reshape how families find answers and products.

  • You are deeply curious about how parents search, learn, and make decisions.
  • You believe organic discovery should solve real user problems while driving measurable business outcomes.
  • You want to help build a trusted platform that families rely on during the most formative years of their children’s lives.
