Own and coordinate cross-functional product launch storytelling and member communications, turning launches into multi-channel campaigns with clear value propositions and measurable impact. Audience-first, data-informed, with strong collaboration across Marketing, Product, Community, and Sales to drive engagement and retention.

  • Integrated strategy: builds MarComms plans with cross-functional partners to promote Chief membership
  • Measurement: uses data to assess campaign effectiveness and informs lifecycle and activation efforts

  1. Own the successful launch and ongoing promotion of new products and features across the Chief product portfolio through designing impactful strategies, action plans, and impeccable execution
  2. \n
  3. Craft compelling value propositions and messaging for products and features, considering audience needs, market landscape, and other factors
  4. \n
  5. Act as first point of intake for other teams in the organization that want to communicate important initiatives to members – prioritize and direct the flow of 1-to-many communications
  6. \n
  7. Work cross-functionally to promote the benefits of Chief membership across all above- and below-the-line channels
  8. \n
  9. Develop and execute Integrated Marketing & Communications strategies, collaborating closely with Marketing, Member-facing teams like Community and Concierge, Comms, Clubhouses, and other functions
  10. \n
  11. Manage complex projects, develop processes to achieve scale, and drive alignment with stakeholders
  12. \n
  13. Develop, execute and optimize sales enablement materials through deep partnership with revenue teams
  14. \n
  15. Support Brand marketing efforts through integrated MarComms planning and partnership with Communications teams
  16. \n
  17. Develop member-facing campaigns that support emerging needs and business transformation for the organization, while also driving engagement and participation
  18. \n
  19. Oversee company-wide strategic communications calendar– setting the overall timeline for member-facing communications from cross-functional teams such as Product, Brand, Partnerships, Social, Programming and more
