Job Summary

Own the end-to-end partnership marketing engine, turning briefs into integrated, mission-aligned sponsorships and compelling stories for partners, with team leadership and cross-functional delivery that ties to revenue and program impact.

  • Own partnerships: lead strategy, proposal creation, and pre-sale ideation with cross-functional input.
  • Team leadership: manage and develop the Partnership Marketing team and ensure high-quality materials and timelines.
  • Measurement and storytelling: translate data and outcomes into impactful narratives and post-activation reports.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day execution of partnership marketing initiatives, proposal development, storytelling, reporting, and project workflows that support corporate partnership sales and renewals.
  • Lead departmental priorities, manage team workflows, and ensure high-quality execution of partnership marketing materials and processes.
  • Directly supervise the Partnership Marketing team and translate strategic direction into actionable plans and deliverables.
  • Partnership Strategy & Pre-Sale Ideation: collaborate to develop creative, integrated, and mission-aligned partnership programs that support revenue goals.
  • Translate client briefs and partnership objectives into customized integration concepts, sponsorship opportunities, and proposal recommendations for new business and partner growth.
  • Oversee post-activation reports and partnership recaps that demonstrate results, impact, and ROI, while ensuring brand standards are met.
  • Cross-Functional Planning & Collaboration: coordinate planning across Programming, Artist Programs, Festival Operations, Marketing & Communications, Digital, and other stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership & Project Management: coach, develop, and manage workload and timelines to ensure timely delivery of partnership materials.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in partnership marketing, sponsorship marketing, media partnerships, brand partnerships, fundraising, or related fields.
  • Experience in arts, culture, entertainment, media, or other mission-driven creative-sector organizations, for-profit or nonprofit.
  • Proven experience developing compelling brand storytelling, sponsorship proposals, presentations, and materials that support both new business and partner retention.
  • Experience managing projects, workflows, and cross-functional initiatives in a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated people management experience with coaching and development of employees.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, project management, and organizational skills; ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Commitment to equity, inclusion, accessibility, and fostering belonging; ability to lead in an inclusive team culture.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
