Job Summary

Own paid search ROAS, efficiency, and growth for a multi-million-dollar budget across Google and Microsoft Ads, shaping campaign architecture, bidding, and targeting, while partnering with Product and Analytics to optimize post-click performance, attribution, and measurement. Identify new growth opportunities and build cross-functional reporting for Growth leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own ROAS, efficiency, and growth targets across a multi-million-dollar paid search budget.
  • Develop and optimize campaign architecture across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Build and refine keyword strategy, bidding frameworks, audience targeting, negative structures, and query management.
  • Audit and direct automated bidding systems, ensuring platform automation aligns with business objectives.
  • Partner closely with Product to improve post-click conversion performance and landing page experience.
  • Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams on attribution, incrementality, and measurement initiatives.
  • Identify and execute new growth opportunities across search inventory, seasonal demand patterns, and audience expansion.
  • Build reporting frameworks and performance insights that support decision-making across Growth leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of in-house paid search experience.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar paid search budgets.
  • Demonstrated ownership of ROAS, CPA, or similar business outcomes.
  • Experience working in marketplace, ecommerce, travel, or other high-intent transactional businesses.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in ticketing, travel, rideshare, or other inventory-driven marketplaces.
  • Experience with incrementality testing or MMM environments.
  • Experience optimizing mobile-web conversion funnels.
  • AI fluency within search workflows and analysis.
