Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build Leap’s member activation engine
  • Create the repeatable system that moves eligible members from initial awareness to action, including scheduled Care Guide calls, benefit review, enrollment, and treatment start. You’ll help define how Leap plans, launches, measures, and improves activation across employers, therapies, member segments, and channels.
  • Drive lifecycle and targeted outreach campaigns
  • Own multi-step campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, landing pages, employer channels, and reactivation flows. You’ll be responsible for campaign strategy, sequencing, timing, channel mix, testing plans, and execution quality.
  • Turn data signals into personalized member journeys
  • Partner with Growth Analytics to translate claims, prior authorization, eligibility, and funnel data into practical outreach strategies. You’ll help determine which members to contact, when to reach them, which channels to use, and how the activation path should adapt based on therapy, timing, site of care, and member context.
  • Run a rigorous experimentation and optimization program
  • Identify and test hypotheses across messaging, channels, timing, incentives, landing pages, direct mail formats, subject lines, CTAs, and campaign sequences. You’ll analyze performance, surface what is working and what is not, and present clear recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Own campaign execution and marketing operations
  • Build, QA, and launch campaigns in Leap’s marketing tools. You’ll manage segmentation, workflows, lists, tracking links, UTM conventions, scheduling, SMS setup, landing page coordination, direct mail vendor handoffs, and performance reporting so campaigns go out accurately and on time.
  • Activate employer-controlled channels and cross-functional partners
  • Work with Client Success, Content, Design, Member Conversion/Ops, and employer-facing teams to use the channels clients make available to Leap, including benefits portals, HR emails, webinars, incentives, direct mail, and internal benefits communications. You’ll help create scalable communication packages and approval processes that give Leap room to experiment while respecting client requirements.

Requirements

  • Relevant B2C growth and lifecycle experience
  • Lifecycle marketing, engagement, activation, retention, growth marketing, consumer product marketing, or a closely related role, with demonstrated progression in scope and impact. B2C experience is required; experience in digital health, healthcare, wellness, benefits, insurance, or consumer technology is a plus.
  • Lifecycle marketing, experimentation, and performance orientation
  • You have built and optimized campaigns across channels such as email, SMS, direct mail, landing pages, and other member or consumer touchpoints. You know how to form hypotheses, design tests, analyze results, and use data to improve conversion over time.
  • Hands-on campaign execution and marketing operations.
  • You can take a campaign from strategy to launch. You have built campaigns yourself in tools like HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Customer.io , or similar platforms. You understand segmentation, workflows, QA, tracking, deliverability, opt-outs, list hygiene, campaign reporting, and the operational details required to get high-quality work out the door.
  • Product-oriented member marketing and data-driven targeting
  • You bring a product mindset to activation. You think deeply about who the member is, what problem Leap is solving for them, what they need to understand before taking action, and how the experience should adapt based on their therapy, timing, concerns, and stage in the journey. You are excited by the idea of using claims, prior authorization, eligibility, product, or behavioral data to trigger timely, relevant outreach.
  • Operational rigor in a high-trust category
  • You understand that growth in healthcare depends on accuracy, compliance, QA, and clean execution. You can manage details, anticipate risks, coordinate stakeholders, and build processes that reduce errors as volume scales.
  • High agency, AI-forward, and cross-functional
  • You can create structure from scratch, set your own priorities, troubleshoot issues, and drive projects forward with minimal oversight. You actively use AI tools to work smarter and faster. You can lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across content, design, analytics, product, engineering, client success, clinical operations, and member operations, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
